What is your new patient procedure?
New patients must register prior to consultation using their ID cards, Insurance Cards, SS card. If uninsured, ID and SS cards are used. Insurance eligibility will be checked and consent for treatment, privacy notice and other notices will be signed.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
We are currently credentialed with MEDICARE AND MEDICAID, and other commercial insurance.
Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?
Yes, WALK INs and SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS are ALWAYS WELCOME at our clinic.
Do you do RAPID COVID TESTING ?
Yes, our clinic offers RAPID 15 MINUTE NASAL SWABCOVID TESTING IN HOUSE OR DRIVE THRU. Call for scheduling.
Can i request a laboratory testing ?
You most certainly can, our providers will try to accomodate your testing request if available. Most times this visits are coupled together with a provider consult.
I have fever and cough , can you still see me ?
Yes of course, we encourage you to call us for and schedule this in advance so our providers will be ready to take care of your medical need, due to the current COVID 19 PANDEMIC our staff will take the necessary precaution to give you the medical care you need. We will book your schedule via phone and when you arrive in our clinic you can call us or send us an SMS that you have arrived, the make model, color and plate number of your vehicle and the area where you are parked. We will give you specific instructions to complete your visit.
I want to make a consultation but i am afraid to go inside the clinic due to the COVID 19 PANDEMIC, can i still be seen?
Yes, we can still facilitate a medical visit with you either by TELEMEDICINE or in you CAR via drive thru.
I think i have POST COVIDS SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS can you help me?
Yes, we can do a TELEMEDICINE VISIT WITH YOU and discuss your signsand symptoms and manage a plan.
I want to know if i have diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid problems ?
Our providers will be happy to accommodate your request to screen you for diabetes cholesterol and thyroid.
